Dear Gaytrell,

It has been a year to remember! I can’t tell you how many wonderful people I have met and new friendships that have evolved out of my work. Auburn is truly a special place.

As a business owner, I have had so many people comment on how much they really love what changes we have made at the salon. They love the colors, the overall design, the beautiful details, but most importantly, how it makes them feel. Some clients have been inspired to make changes in their own home and businesses.

I still get people asking me where you get the fabric or where you did find those chairs! I can’t wait to tell them that I was fortunate to work with a local interior designer, Gaytrell Lapp, who provided me with not only these choices, but a plethora of others, so she gets the credit! Their smiles are a reminder that all the hard work has paid off!

I’ve learned over the years that listening is everything. This has come in handy with my business and is at the essence of what I do. It enables me to create a great experience for my clients and thus, they come back. Having said that, this is what I have to thank you for above everything else. You listened to me…and my dreams came to life! Your expertise, invaluable resources, endless ideas, and colossal efforts will always be appreciated.
